Washington State Association of College Trustees logoWashington state's 30 community and technical college districts are governed by governor-appointed boards of trustees. The nonprofit Washington State Association of College Trustees (ACT) hosts conferences and provides opportunities for trustees to develop leadership and advocacy skills on behalf of students and colleges.

The ACT Board of Directors is a nine-member executive board elected by the ACT membership at the annual spring conference.
