It is provided with the intent of helping you gain knowledge of opportunities for professional development that will support your efforts to manage your program in an effective and efficient manner. Administrators are keenly aware of the increasing emphasis on quality improvement and demonstrating accountability in the field of adult education. Performance by instructors and learners depends, in part, on the resources available and the level of support received from program administrators. For this reason, we offer examples of resources that we believe will help facilitate program improvement activities. There are many more resources available through the ABE Literacy Resource Center.
