Conference Deadlines

  • Proposal submission: February 15
  • Hotel reservation: March 29
  • Conference registration: April 17
    (NOTE: Registration may close earlier than April 17 if maximum capacity is reached.)
  • Cancellations: April 25
  • Registration fee payment: April 30

Lodging

**Update** As of April 3, 30 rooms remain available in our conference block. The rooms will be released to the general public on April 9. If you need to make lodging reservations, do so before the 9th to ensure being in a hotel near the Convention Center.
