Worker Retraining for Private Career Schools and Colleges (PCSC)

The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges runs a competitive contracting process each spring and awards year-long contracts to selected private career schools and colleges (PCSCs).

The 2015-16 application is now open, and is due by April 16, 2015.

Interested schools or colleges should review the FY16 PCSC WRT Application Guidelinespdf , FY16 PCSC WRT Program Guidelinespdf, and the FY16 Application Memopdf.

Technical Assistance Webinars

A technical assistance webinar regarding the Worker Retraining (WRT) program application will be held on March 16, 2015 at 2 pm. Interested applicants should follow this link at least 15 minutes before to log-in to the webinar. No need to register, just show up. A recording of the webinar will be available on March 17th.

Online Grant Management Systems (OGMS) is web-based application that allows organizations to apply for and track the status of grant requests made to the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges. In need of assistance, please contact Deb Knackstedt, Program Manager.
