CI Approved Product Exception Report (CAPER)

CAPER is a Web-enabled site for colleges to report their monthly purchases from alternative sources, products that are included on the CI-approved product list.

OBIS

The Online Budget & Invoicing System (OBIS) is a web-based application that allows grantees to manage active grant awards issued by the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC). OBIS works in conjunction with SBCTC's Online Grants Management System (OGMS) to automate and streamline data transmission by automatically transferring approved grant applications from OGMS to OBIS.

Standard Monthly Analysis and Review of Transactions (SMART)

SMART is a Web-based tool used by colleges throughout the year to analyze key accounting data and identify potential errors. It is also used at year-end to report manual adjusting entries and financial statement note disclosure information.
