Information in the system enrollment reports comes from the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges Data Warehouse. This is the common information management system for SBCTC and the state's community and technical colleges.
Enrollment and Allocation Reports
The enrollment and allocation reports are compiled quarterly and are used for FTE target monitoring of various programs throughout the academic year. The annual enrollment summary report provides a summary of what can be seen in the data and explanations for trends with larger numbers.
Fall Quarter Report
The Fall Quarter Enrollment and Staffing Report provides
a snapshot of enrollments in community and technical colleges for fall quarter. The
report addresses the questions most commonly raised regarding the community and technical
colleges in Washington.
Academic Year Report
The Academic Year Report provides a snapshot of funding, facilities,
staffing, and enrollments in community and technical colleges for the past academic year. The
report also describes key measures of student outcomes and addresses the most frequently
asked questions related to expenditures, personnel and students. Additional demographic
