Transportation Study Report


The SBCTC commissioned the Transportation Research Group at Washington State University to conduct a transportation access study. The overall purpose of this study is to understand how well the community and technical college system is geographically distributed and serving the people of Washington State in all three mission areas: academic transfer, workforce education and basic skills.
