Chapter 5: Enrollment Reporting and Tuition and Fees
5.10.00 Reporting Course Effort and Student Enrollment
To meet state and federal reporting requirements and to support state policy initiatives, the SBCTC requires that colleges:
- Report specific course and student data (see RCW 28B.50.020; Data Warehouse Documentation; Appendix A: Terms and Definitions).
- Establish written procedures that are uniformly applied (see Special Provisions).
- Accurately code and report required data and not overstate their enrollments.
Enrollment audits will be conducted to review procedures, enrollment practices, and data that affect how enrollment is reported.
