Job Training Results

The latest community and technical college outcome data has been loaded onto the Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board (WTECB) Job Training Results Web site. The new data covers student characteristics, and employment and earnings during the third quarter after exit for all program completers between July 1, 1998 and June 30, 2000. The data source for the employment and student characteristics information is from the Data Linking for Outcomes Assessment (DLOA) file sent to WTECB by the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC). A "completer" is defined in Job Training Results exactly as it is by SBCTC in the DLOA file.

Programs with total employed less than 25 or less than 10 completers will not have employment/earnings or student characteristics data, respectively, appearing on the site. This is done to protect the privacy of those few students, and because the results are not statistically valid with such small numbers.
