State Board to take action on capital budget prioritization criteria

The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges will hold its regular business meeting on Thursday, Jan. 19. On the agenda are revisions to the college system's capital budget scoring criteria. The criteria provides guidance to the system as it creates its prioritized list of capital projects to go to the Legislature. The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges will hold its regular business meeting on Thursday, Nov. 17. The board will discuss the college system's capital budget development and enrollment projections. It's also slated to take action on the system's 2017 legislative agenda, which focuses on creating the diverse talent pool needed to fill thousands of jobs and grow the economy. State Board to give final approval to 2016 legislative agenda

The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges will convene its December regular business meeting Dec. 2 from 1p.m. to 5:15 p.m. at Highline College. On the agenda is approving the college system’s 2016 state legislative agenda. Board members will also hear a presentation from representatives from the Council of Unions and Student Programs (CUSP) and the Washington Community and Technical Colleges Student Association (WACTCSA). >>
