The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges at its Wednesday, Sept. 13 business meeting is set to vote on proposed changes to the college system's student achievement funding model. The Student Achievement Initiative awards funding to colleges based on the number of their students who reach benchmarks shown to increase success in college. >>
