MONICA OLSSON: Three, let's go ahead and do it. CHRISTOPHER SORAN: All right. We're recording. So, hey, Brian, I'm Christopher. Application Support Manager here at the State Board. Got the June edition of the ctcLink Accessibility Forum. All right. MONICA OLSSON: Are we recording? I'm not, oh, yes, we are. I see the Record button. OK. CHRISTOPHER SORAN: Thanks for double checking. All right. So there's an a ton to report out on this month. Now we're just getting started with reviewing the we call it the PTM, or pillar test matrix with the list of all the bugs and fixes and stuff that are coming in with the upcoming images. So we're reviewing them to see what accessibility changes came in. And then sometimes there's enough information to tell what's changed. Sometimes we need to ask for a little more info, and so we get together a list of all the things we need more info on. And then we reach out to our Oracle Support folks that help us with the accessibility stuff. And they reach out to the engineers and get them more info for us. So we're in that phase right now. We're doing that review. So the images that we're working on, we got Campus Solutions, Image 38. That'll be coming to production on October 10. The HCX, so the mobile app the 26.2. That'll also be coming on October 10. So we'll be working with casting. Do have any questions on that? And then the HCM or human capital management, Image 55. That'll be coming August eighth. With the tax update as well. So we'll be reporting once we've reviewed all that. When closer to one of those images get diploid will be reporting out on all the changes that came in. Oracle made. We asked them to fix. Or so want to get all that info to you. Once we've gone through that, we're just kind of kicking that work off this month. So that's what's in the queue right now. That's what's happening. We haven't a lot of updates coming in this first half of the year, except for the PeopleTools update. Now that's the second half of the year is going to be we got Campus Solutions image, finance image, HCX updates. So they're all coming in the second half of the year. So we'll have more to report out in the months to come as the updates roll in. And we'll get through this phase. MONICA OLSSON: Typically, to when we get closer typically, I recall we go over the changes that are coming into production and the accessibility bug fixes or improvements that are a part of those, a part of the update being pushed out. So that information will be we're in the. Your I heard you say we're in the very early stages. So that more specific information overview will be available later. Is that what you said? CHRISTOPHER SORAN: Yes. Yeah. MONICA OLSSON: OK. CHRISTOPHER SORAN: Yeah. We're starting-- MONICA OLSSON: Just like we're summarizing it. CHRISTOPHER SORAN: Yep. You got it. [GIGGLES] MONICA OLSSON: So two pillars, and then HCX the mobile app experience. CHRISTOPHER SORAN: Yeah. MONICA OLSSON: OK. CHRISTOPHER SORAN: Yeah that's it. That's the updates this month. [CLEARS THROAT] Yeah. MONICA OLSSON: And I think the only other thing I will. Wow it really is a short meeting. Let me pull up. There's maybe one brief comment I have to share around our most recent communication with Octa, the MFA tool. So let me pull up that real quick. [NO AUDIO] So in some email correspondence earlier this month with our main CSM, with Octa, who was in conversation with-- [CLEARS THROAT] Product owner within their engineering team, he shared that Octa is actively working with DSCC as an external auditor to do accessibility review on Octa, verify the user end user dashboard, and sign in widget. The audit is ongoing right now, so the results of that are not customer facing yet. But some of the other issues that were reported in a report by SBCTC, when Vicky and Josh were doing some internal accessibility review of the MFA experience, those are actively being worked out and the improvements into pushed out into production. It says the, I think July if I'm reading the email correct. And then let's see if there's one other piece. Oh, Nope. Actually the so the issue, the main issue that they were working on that Vicki reported should be, the fix should be released as of today. And so that was something within Octa fastpass, which may or may not be relevant to call to you, if your institution is not, hasn't set up, or isn't using fastpass. But that fix was released today 6' 9. The deeper dive audit with DQ on the things I just mentioned is actively ongoing. So results are not customer facing yet. But we plan to continue to keep tabs on that. And how Octa is going to respond to those findings and plan for remediation of those issues. So that's it for me. CHRISTOPHER SORAN: That's great update. Thanks, Monica. Yeah, as always, let us know on the, any upcoming meetings. We're meeting again next month. And I did have one update and it was in the slides. I wanted to celebrate Padmaja. This will be her last ctcLink Accessibility open forum. She's retiring at the end of this month. So it's thanks to her that we have so many of these fixes. Her continued efforts to get through all those accessibility SRS with Oracle, that sometimes seem never ending. Some take two years. I mean, she just was persistent and just so knowledgeable. And it's because of her great work that we've made so much progress over the last few years. So to thank her and celebrate her. VICKI WALTON: You are going to definitely be missed. I've truly enjoyed working with you. PADMAJA VILLALON: Thank you. [GIGGLES] Thank you. MONICA OLSSON: Congrats, Padmaja. PADMAJA VILLALON: Thanks. MONICA OLSSON: OK. I think this is bringing us to the natural conclusion of this open forum. We'll meet again in July. And as Chris mentioned, as we get closer to those image releases, we'll have more specific information about what's being, what you're going to see the changes in production, including the accessibility bug fixes and enhancements. And then I plan to keep tabs on Octa's DQ audit for us. VICKI WALTON: Cool. Thanks. [CLEARS THROAT] CHRISTOPHER SORAN: That was great. MONICA OLSSON: OK. Thanks Padma. Bye, Padma. Thanks for your attention, everybody. PADMAJA VILLALON: Bye.
