New law expands College-Bound Scholarship Program to include GED recipients
Governor Ferguson has signed Senate Bill 5543 into law, expanding the College-Bound
Scholarship Program. Previously, students needed to complete high school and have
no felonies to qualify. The new law now includes students who have completed high
