Description

Each institution of higher education must provide a copy of its policy for awarding academic credit for military training to any applicant who listed prior or present military service in his or her application. Each institution of higher education must develop and maintain a list of military training courses and programs that have qualified for academic credit.

Colleges must follow a systemwide credit policy on Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB) and Cambridge International (CI) exams.

  • Credit policy regarding all AP and IB exams must be posted on campus websites effective for the 2019 fall academic term. 
  • Credit policies regarding Cambridge International examinations must be posted on campus websites effective for the fall 2020 academic term.

Colleges must maintain websites regarding their AP, IB, and Cambridge International policies in a publicly accessible way.

Description

Colleges must clearly include in its admissions materials and on its website the credits or courses that can be fulfilled by the proficiency examinations or demonstrated competencies.
