Coaching Corner
The Washington Pathways Coach model is designed to provide a team of coaches for all Washington State Community and Technical Colleges. The goal of this support is to enhance and accelerate the adoption of a Guided Pathways framework in order to improve student outcomes and close equity gaps. Coaches will provide technical assistance and support colleges' development of local solutions and strategies to support the institutional conditions required for deep system change necessitated in Guided Pathways design.
