Session ends Sunday, budget proposals yet to be released

With the last day of the 105-day regular session fast approaching, House and Senate budget writers have been hard at work this last week hearing and voting on bills deemed necessary to implement the budget. As of noon Friday, operating and capital budget proposals have yet to be released.
