Skagit Valley College names Tom Keegan interim president
Former Skagit Valley College President Tom Keegan was named interim president of the college Tuesday by the college’s
board of trustees. Also in the meeting, the board authorized the board chair to negotiate
Keegan’s compensation, duties and responsibilities as interim president.
