The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges is set to vote on final approval of two applied bachelor's degrees at its Thursday business meeting. The board, which is scheduled to meet from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Feb. 4, will hear final approval requests for a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing (RN-to-BSN) at Bellingham Technical College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership at Lower Columbia College. >>
