ctcLink at Commissions & Councils

Connect with ctcLink

The ctcLink Project Management Office aims to track when ctcLink Project team members meet with a commission/council, both for outreach and organizational purposes.

  • A ctcLink Project Liaison may reach out to a designated SBCTC Rep/Liaison to request time on an upcoming meeting agenda to give a ctcLink update.
  • Likewise, a SBCTC Rep/Liaison may contact a ctcLink Project Liaison to request a ctcLink update at a future meeting.

How to Use the List

Different groups will use this list in different ways.

Expand All
  • Who’s who? Use this list to determine which ctcLink Project Liaison to contact to request a ctcLink presentation at a commission, council or other meeting.
  • Fact-checking. For example, if someone returns from a commission/council meeting with unclear ctcLink information, fact-check directly with the assigned ctcLink rep.

  • Who’s where and when? A single place to see when ctcLink might be on an upcoming or past agenda.
  • Presentation materials. Over time, the ctcLink reps will add their final presentations and/or handouts to the folder in cDR.

  • Reach out: At least twice per year, the ctcLink Project Liaison assigned to a commission/council will touch base with the SBCTC Rep/Liaison to offer to present a ctcLink status report.
  • Track:  ctcLink Project Liaisons will update their visit/presentation information in the appropriate sheet/tab in cDR.
  • Upload: Store your final presentation and/or handouts to the cDR folder so others can refer to the information, especially PMs and college stakeholders.

Contacts

  • SBCTC Rep/Liaisons are designated (usually by position/role) by the SBCTC agency as primary points-of-contact to the various commissions/councils and other groups.
  • ctcLink Project Liaisons are members of the ctcLink Project team, but are not ERP support or trainers.
