System and Support Information
The production system is available 24/7, 365 days per year; except for pre-scheduled and communicated system maintenance (typically Saturdays between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.).
Support will be provided between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Off-hours support is provided when the system is down, or the criticality of the incident is related to SLA severity levels.
