Accounting entries for receivables from the Washington Student Achievement Council require a value in the subsidiary field including financial aid reimbursement.

1010180	Due From Other St Agencies ST with the Subsidiary chartfield recorded as 3400cc where cc equals the last two digits of the college state agency number.

Receivables from the State Board for financial aid should be recorded as all other receivables from the State Board.
