BEdA Training - Summer Quarter 2025-26
Following are specific trainings provided by BEdA staff. Each training lists the BEdA Staff that are involved in that training. If you have general questions regarding our trainings, please contact Christy Lowder.
The BEdA Navigation Cadre convenings are a structured professional development space (usually offered quarterly) for Washington State navigation and student support staff/faculty who serve adult learners in our Basic Education for Adults (BEdA) programs. Whether such roles are classified as a navigator, advisor, transition specialist, with intake and enrollment or in assessment, etc., all are invited. This is a space for folks in roles that provide navigation support directly to students to connect with others for professional development, including gaining insight into promising practices and relevant updates.

The BEdA Biennial will be held July 21-23, 2026 - it is still to be determined whether the conference will be held in person or virtual.
