The WABERS+ online application helps organizations report data for adult basic education programs. The application was created by the Basic Education for Adults office at the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) and it meets all state and federal data collection and reporting requirements.
If you provide adult basic education funded or contracted by the SBCTC, you are required to report data at least quarterly using WABERS+. The online application can help you collect and report student demographics, intake, program and personnel data, courses, hours and test information. You will also be able to analyze data to improve and monitor your program.
If your program is funded by the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, or you have a contract with us, you are required to report data at least quarterly using WABERS+. Future funding decisions will be based on each basic skills provider’s performance, calculated using data in WABERS+.

Snapshot Deadlines 2018-19
Data must be entered and updated in WABERS+ before the following dates, which reflect the quarterly snapshot deadlines defined in the MIS Reporting Calendar.
- Summer 2018: Sept. 13, 2018
- Fall 2018: Jan. 10, 2019
- Winter 2019: April 11, 2019
- Spring 2019: July 11, 2019
