Session Summary
During this session, we focused on several important implementation and coordination
topics, including:
- SBCTC implementation updates, including the status of data migration, upcoming single sign-on (SSO) availability, and the formation of a ConexED–ctcLink integration workgroup to align on shared data elements and priorities.
- ConexED updates on upcoming steering committees, partner learning opportunities, and ways colleges can help shape product development through structured feedback.
- Implementation support and training, including expectations for hands-on training, optional practice sessions, and a train-the-trainer model.
- Standardization and flexibility, clarifying which elements will be aligned statewide (e.g., reporting and integration data elements) and where colleges will retain local decision-making around rollout and sequencing.
- Student experience and soft launch approaches, including how colleges can intentionally phase implementation through messaging, link placement, and training cadence.
