Now that all 34 colleges are live in ctcLink, the newly formed ctcLink Project Management Office (PMO) team has multiple efforts underway (in partnership with multiple college groups) to compile and show the status of system requests, remediation items, and scope transfer items. Forming and storming: paving the way for norming and performing. >>
The ctcLink Steering Committee met Tuesday with project managers and college leadership from deployment DG5-B colleges (Bellingham Technical College, Big Bend Community College, and Whatcom Community College) and DG5-C colleges (Bellevue College, Everett Community College, and Grays Harbor College) to discuss readiness for Oct. 25 and Nov. 8, 2021 ctcLink go-lives. After reviewing the readiness results, the ctcLink Steering Committee unanimously approved DG5-B go-live for Oct. 25 and DG5-C go-live for Nov. 8, 2021. >>
The ctcLink Steering Committee met today with Deployment Group 5-A — Green River College and Skagit Valley College — project managers and college leadership to consider readiness for ctcLink go-live. The committee unanimously approved DG5-A go-live for Oct. 11, 2021, after reviewing readiness areas for the colleges, as well as the ctcLink Project team’s readiness for DG5-A conversion and the SBCTC ctcLink Customer Support organization’s readiness to support DG5-A colleges post-go-live >>
