Six More Colleges Gear Up for Oct. 25 and Nov. 8 Go-Live

The ctcLink Steering Committee met Tuesday with project managers and college leadership from deployment DG5-B colleges (Bellingham Technical College, Big Bend Community College, and Whatcom Community College) and DG5-C colleges (Bellevue College, Everett Community College, and Grays Harbor College) to discuss readiness for Oct. 25 and Nov. 8, 2021 ctcLink go-lives. After reviewing the readiness results, the ctcLink Steering Committee unanimously approved DG5-B go-live for Oct. 25 and DG5-C go-live for Nov. 8, 2021. >>

Next Deployment Group Gears Up for October 11 Go-Live

The ctcLink Steering Committee met today with Deployment Group 5-A — Green River College and Skagit Valley College — project managers and college leadership to consider readiness for ctcLink go-live. ctcLink Project in Spotlight at State IT Meeting

ctcLink Project progress was showcased as a “people project” during the Washington State Technology Services Board (TSB) regular meeting last week. The TSB is the governing board of the state’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), which provides oversight for large IT implementation projects such as ctcLink. >>

Online Admissions Application Portal Goes Live for DG2 and DG3 Colleges

The new Online Admissions Application Portal (OAAP) officially went live today, Feb. 2, 2021, for 10 colleges: Cascadia College, Clark College, Lower Columbia College, Olympic College, Peninsula College, Pierce College Fort Steilacoom, Pierce College Puyallup, Spokane Community College, Spokane Falls Community College, and Tacoma Community College. As of 2 p.m. today, just a few hours after go-live, 168 users created accounts, 78 students applied, and another 33 applications are currently in progress. >>
