Six More Colleges Gear Up for Oct. 25 and Nov. 8 Go-Live

The ctcLink Steering Committee met Tuesday with project managers and college leadership from deployment DG5-B colleges (Bellingham Technical College, Big Bend Community College, and Whatcom Community College) and DG5-C colleges (Bellevue College, Everett Community College, and Grays Harbor College) to discuss readiness for Oct. 25 and Nov. 8, 2021 ctcLink go-lives. After reviewing the readiness results, the ctcLink Steering Committee unanimously approved DG5-B go-live for Oct. 25 and DG5-C go-live for Nov. 8, 2021. >>

Next Deployment Group Gears Up for October 11 Go-Live

The ctcLink Steering Committee met today with Deployment Group 5-A — Green River College and Skagit Valley College — project managers and college leadership to consider readiness for ctcLink go-live. “Lessons Learned” Take ctcLink to the Next Level

After each deployment group (DG) goes live in ctcLink, the ctcLink Project Team documents and compiles issues (as well as successes) and considers improvement strategies to be implemented for the next deployments. This process of documentation and continuous improvement is referred to as “ctcLink Lessons Learned.” >>

ctclink Goes Live for North Seattle, Seattle Central and South Seattle Colleges

Yet another successful ctcLink implementation is in the books for SBCTC and Washington’s community and technical colleges as Deployment Group 4-B — Seattle Central College, North Seattle College, South Seattle College, and Seattle District office — officially went live on ctcLink this morning. With the addition of the Seattle Colleges, we mark a significant milestone for the college system's ctcLink Project: we are at the halfway mark, with 17 of 34 colleges now on ctcLink. >>
