Strengthen Your ctcLink Security
Scammers work hard to steal your identity and money. Protect your most valuable asset by taking a few extra steps.
Basic Steps
Update your ctcLink Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Compete instructions are at the ctcLink Reference Center: Okta - Multi-Factor Authentication.
We recommend using Okta Verify, Google Authenticator, or Phone instead of Email for stronger protection.
Reset your password
Do not re-use previous passwords or duplicate passwords used elsewhere.
Change passwords elsewhere
If you do use the same password for other accounts (email, banking, social media), we strongly recommend changing those passwords as well.
