Food & beverage

• Morning coffee and pastries Thursday and Friday; drinks and snacks for Thursday afternoon.
• The bookstore and coffee vendor (for specialty coffee beverages) are located in the East building.
• No food service on campus, so attendees will need to go out for lunch. 
  • Village at Totem Lake Restaurants

Directions & parking

• Park in the West Lot, nearest the flagpole entrance to the West Building.
• Any unmarked parking spot is available to all.
  • Note: If parking in a designated "Visitor" spot, you will need to sign in at the Information Desk on the 2nd floor.  Campus Security does regular patrols and will issue citations if not signed in.
• Entrance to the building is on the third floor. You can take the stairs to the 4th floor or the elevator located at the end of the hallway.  

Future meetings

• Winter 2025 meeting will be virtual only.
• Spring 2025 meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 8-9, 2025, at Yakima Valley College.
