Doing Business with SBCTC
The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges contracts with outside agencies, business and organizations to help fulfill business needs.
Vendors interested in contracting with SBCTC may register with the Department of Enterprise Services. DES also has information on bid opportunities, payment and resources for vendors interested in or already doing business with Washington state.
Businesses and organizations can also work with SBCTC and local colleges to provide on-the-job training and job skills for employees.
The contracts with these vendors include Washington Institution of Public Higher Education (WIPHE) contract language. This means that colleges can purchase their own services from the suppliers listed below and take advantage of prices negotiated by the agency. You can view each contract and its on the WIPHE website.
