Next Deployment Group Gears Up for October 11 Go-Live

The ctcLink Steering Committee met today with Deployment Group 5-A — Green River College and Skagit Valley College — project managers and college leadership to consider readiness for ctcLink go-live. The committee unanimously approved DG5-A go-live for Oct. 11, 2021, after reviewing readiness areas for the colleges, as well as the ctcLink Project team’s readiness for DG5-A conversion and the SBCTC ctcLink Customer Support organization’s readiness to support DG5-A colleges post-go-live >>

Deployment Group Five (DG5) Gears Up for ctcLink Go-Live

This quarter, we welcome eight more colleges to ctcLink — Bellevue College, Bellingham Technical College, Big Bend Community College, Everett Community College, Grays Harbor College, Green River College, Skagit Valley College, and Whatcom Community College. After DG5 colleges go live, 25 of Washington’s 34 community and technical colleges are expected to be live on ctcLink. >>

The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) ctcLink Project team released a ctcLink 90-Day Post Go-Live Planning Guide to help Deployment Group 5 and 6 (DG5 and DG6) colleges plan for post go-live activities. DG2, DG3 and DG4 colleges may also find parts of the guide useful as a reference tool as they continue to stabilize and evolve their local ctcLink structures. >>
