Spring 2025 PIC Meeting

Registration closes May 1 at 5 p.m. to meet catering deadlines. Remote participants will receive a Zoom link via email.

Parking

LWTech has construction at the entrance to the West building, so please park in the Tech Building parking lot. Refer to the PIC Parking Map and directions below.

If folks are coming up 120th:

  1. As you go up the hill on 120th there will be a Service Entrance to the college on the right.
  2. Enter there and go straight towards the Tech Building (in front of you).
  3. Park in any of the uncovered parking spots. If folks need disabled parking, there are spots reserved undercover by the elevator.
  4. Take the elevator that’s located in the covered parking up to the 3rd floor.
  5. Take a left out of the elevator and take the outside hallway straight to the end (which is the West Building).
  6. Enter the building and go straight down the hall until you see signs for the HR Office. Just outside of the HR Office is the Board Room (W305A and W305B), which is where the meeting will be held.

We have guaranteed rooms at the state rate of $188 per night until April 7. The room rate is not guaranteed after that date.
