WorkFirst Delivery Agreement (WFDA)
WorkFirst Delivery Agreement (WFDA) applications are accepted from Washington state community and technical colleges, as well as other currently approved WorkFirst training providers (community-based organizations and private career schools and colleges).
To be approved, WFDA applications must demonstrate educational and job skills training services designed to:
- Meet the needs of the local WorkFirst clients.
- Meet state and federal guidelines (including participation and reporting requirements).
- Align with the WorkFirst Delivery Agreement principles for increased student achievement and accountability.
