System Messaging

The Student Support Canvas Community is your one-stop shop for Benefits Navigation program resources and system messages. The Canvas is for CTC and SBCTC employees.  

Contact the Student Support Programs Team email to join the Canvas and get involved in conversations with your peers at other colleges. In your email, include which Student Support Programs you work with. Note that the Benefits Navigator Canvas Cohort is only open to Benefits Navigators and their direct supervisors.

Contact Information by College

College students can qualify for assistance with food, housing, healthcare, utilities, and more. Most colleges have an office where students can go for help with these basic needs, and the office is usually called Student Services or Student Affairs. Benefits Navigators in these offices can help you find and apply for resources to help you cover the basics. 

We know applying for basic needs benefits can be confusing, and your college is here to support you. Get help from your college:
