Training Open for All Deployment Groups
Get ready to go live on ctcLink with PeopleSoft ctcLink training courses. These courses provide basic instruction on how to use ctcLink PeopleSoft. Your organization will provide local ctcLink training specific to your agency or campus procedures (e.g. deadlines for travel forms, purchasing policies). Courses are self-paced.

PeopleSoft Fundamentals: Prerequisite to ctcLink Courses
Get to know PeopleSoft! PeopleSoft Fundamentals is for any Washington community and technical college staff working in any of the ctcLink pillars. Depending on your role, you will continue through various additional courses to gain a basic understanding of each. This course usually takes six to eight hours to complete.
Global Design Adoption Courses
These self-paced courses include a combination of overview information, videos, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and assessments. Coursework includes:
- Review of the Global Configuration Framework to help SMEs understand enterprise processes
- Global elements within PeopleSoft in preparation for Business Process Fit/Gap (BPFG) sessions
- Skills assessments to meet BPFG session participation prerequisite
Course completion times vary depending on the number of courses/modules required.
Learn about the tools for students, faculty, advisors, managers and employees in ctcLink. Each of these courses is self-enroll and take one to two hours to complete.
Each topic-specific training course focuses on delivering objectives and outcomes for the specific modules/subjects in PeopleSoft. Each module within the course offers multiple modes of engagement, designed to accommodate diverse learning styles, including:
