Clean Buildings Performance Standard
The CTC System owns and leases just over 1,000 facilities at over 80 geographically discrete campuses and satellite locations around WA state.
Roughly 160 buildings are Tier 1 (larger than 50,000 gross square feet) and 180 are Tier 2 (20,000 – 50,000 gross square feet).
There are also eight qualifying district energy systems required by HB 1390 to develop and implement decarbonization plans (Annex W of the Clean Buildings Performance Standard).
