Megamation DirectLine
The State Board maintains a common license for Megamation DirectLine as the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for all community and technical colleges.
DirectLine serves as the system database of record for physical assets and campus operations and maintenance. Each college’s DirectLine database includes the physical descriptions and locations of land, buildings, assignable spaces, and equipment, along with maintenance and repair records. It is the platform for the fixed asset inventories that serve as essential foundations for Operations & Maintenance and Energy Management plan compliance with the Clean Buildings Performance Standard, and the State Board is working to actively integrate the DirectLine database with the biennial Facility Condition Surveys to facilitate capital planning.
The SBCTC Capital Budget team provides guidance, training, and support for college facilities O&M staff.
