The Office of Financial Management (OFM) requires Major Project Status Reports be submitted every six months on projects with an appropriation greater than ten million dollars.
OFM and fiscal committees of the Legislature use these reports to follow major capital project progress.
Reports should be initiated when pre-design activity begins and end when the facility is substantially complete.
Reports are due to OFM and the Legislature on Jan. 1 and July 1 each year.
